Everyone should go to Inc. Magazine online to hear a great live chat with Sam Calagione - founder of Dogfish Head Ale, talk about his company and answer questions (previously recorded).
In all, it comes in at around an hour of video and is definitely worth checking out. The audio quality isn't top notch, but nevertheless it's great to hear about how Sam got into the business, tests new beers, and runs his business. Honestly, when I listened to the chat it really got me more pumped up about business than sitting in any classroom.
